Every loaf, bun, and pastry is prepared by hand using slow fermentation and quality grains. 

Artisan sourdough

Naturally leavened loaves with a blistered, crackly crust and an airy, tender crumb. Perfect for hearty sandwiches or enjoying warm with butter. All sourdough bread is available in a country-style loaf or sandwich loaf.

Handcrafted Pastries

Bakery-style muffins, sweet breads, cinnamon rolls & sweet rolls, bagels and cookies. Custom flavors available upon request!

Custom Orders

Custom orders can be placed in advance for re-occurring weekly orders, special occasions, holidays or gift/delivery for someone special.

What makes your sourdough special?

We rely exclusively on wild sourdough cultures and a slow fermentation schedule. This breaks down gluten naturally, develops complex flavor, and yields a loaf that is both easier to digest and incredibly delicious.

How should I store my sourdough loaf?

Keep your bread cut-side down on a wooden board or in a paper bag at room temperature for the first 2-3 days. For longer storage, slice and freeze the loaf, then toast individual slices whenever you are ready.

Do you take bulk or event orders?

Yes, we happily bake pastry platters and bread orders for special events, meetings, and celebrations. Please reach out a few days in advance so we can prepare your order fresh.
